Engage Kingsport is a response to Bill Ivey’s observations found in ‘Engaging Arts’.  All vibrant communities have arts that engage and call individuals to action.  This organization is simply a group of people who care deeply about the arts and culture in Kingsport, TN and are willing to roll up their sleeves, or open their wallets and get something done.
